HOTEL ROOM

A hotel room with views to the Mediterranean Sea | February 2014, Marbella Spain

The aim of this project was to design a hotel room, size 9x4.5 meters with a special design element. This element is the continuous piece of 10cm thick wood that crosses the whole room lengthwise. Starting from the ceiling, it goes down the wall next to the window, transforming into a table, then into a floating bench and finally it supports the wardrobe. This element seems to be floating in the air, and so does the bed.

Furthermore, the room has a terrace with views to the Mediterranean Sea of Marbella. Wood and glass are the materials used as they create a comfortable and harmonious atmosphere for the guests.
